What You’ll Own

• Full control of large-scale roadway design projects
• Primary relationship with DOTs and key public clients
• Leadership of engineering teams + project delivery
• Influence on strategy, proposals, and business growth

What You Need

• 15+ years Transportation/Roadway Engineering (PE required)
• Proven success in Design-Build and/or P3
• Ability to win work, lead teams, and deliver results
• Strong background with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar
