🚧 WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Lead roadway design projects from concept to delivery
• Design & review interstates, highways, urban corridors, interchanges
• Work hands-on with Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPak, InRoads, AutoTURN
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO + DOT / INDOT standards
• Be the engineer others rely on—mentor junior staff + influence outcomes
• Work directly with clients and decision-makers (not hidden behind layers)

🎯 WHAT IT TAKES

• PE License (Non-negotiable)
• 8+ years in roadway / transportation design
• Strong command of AASHTO + DOT standards
• Experience with Design-Build / P3 = big plus
• You’re someone who wants ownership, not just tasks
