gpac is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a confidential and rapidly growing CPG manufacturing company.
This role is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and shipping operations, leading warehouse personnel, and ensuring accurate inventory management and shipment execution.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee outbound shipments, warehouse organization, KPI reporting, inventory control, employee training, and compliance with safety and food quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong visibility and long-term growth opportunity.
Background & Experience:
• 3–5+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution leadership experience
• Experience in food manufacturing, pet food, or consumer packaged goods environments preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping coordination
• Experience leading and motivating warehouse teams in a production environment
• Familiarity with warehouse KPIs, inventory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Forklift operation experience and certification knowledge preferred
• Experience with GMP, food safety, quality, and safety compliance standards
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, reporting)
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
