Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional

Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Professional to support our growing commercial insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative agency culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
  • Process policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, renewals, and cancellations
  • Respond promptly to client questions and coverage requests
  • Assist producers with account management and retention efforts
  • Market accounts and communicate with insurance carriers as needed
  • Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system
  • Help deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
