Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Service Represetative (CSR)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain commercial insurance accounts across various industries
Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
Prepare applications, proposals, and insurance documentation
Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs
Respond promptly to client questions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Assist producers with new business submissions and marketing efforts
Follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems
Support account retention through proactive customer service and communication
Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous commercial insurance experience preferred
Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or required
Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy terminology
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar platforms
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
