Currently seeking an experienced Cabinet & Countertop Installer. This position is responsible for the professional installation of cabinetry, countertops, and related kitchen & bath products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on installation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install cabinets, countertops, and related kitchen & bath products
- Review plans, drawings, measurements, and installation specifications
- Verify dimensions and site conditions before and during installation
- Perform trimming, fitting, leveling, scribing, and finishing work
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Identify and resolve installation issues in the field
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project teams
- Protect job sites and maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Complete installations according to quality standards and project timelines
- Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and communicate issues promptly
- Complete punch-list items and warranty/service work as needed
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles when applicable
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous cabinet, countertop, millwork, finish carpentry, or related installation experience
- Strong understanding of measurements and job-site conditions
- Ability to read basic plans, drawings, and installation specifications
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials associated with the position
Preferred Experience
Experience with custom cabinetry, quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate countertops, kitchen & bath remodeling, millwork, finish carpentry, or commercial casework is highly desirable.
