Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our construction team as Construction Laborers. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks on construction sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating hand tools and power tools as directed
- Digging trenches and excavations
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Assisting with the installation of fences
- Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is necessary
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Pay:

$17/hr-$19/hr depending on experience
