Our client, a respected firm in the banking sector, is seeking a VP Commercial Loan Officer, ingrained in the Douglas County area, to join their team. This role focuses on relationship-driven lending with a loan sweet spot ranging from $250K to $1.5MM. There is also an AVP level considered. IN full transparency, offers are usually in the upper-lower half of the range and this range includes the AVP level. 

3-5 years for AVP.

5-8 years for VP.
