Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Plumbing Estimator

We’re looking for a Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team.

Summary:

Prepare detailed material, labor, and cost estimates for mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, including conceptual estimates when plans aren’t available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and pricing

• Review plans, specs, and vendor quotes for compliance and scope

• Track bid changes, addenda, and project updates

• Communicate project details, issues, and value engineering ideas

• Maintain estimating files and support project handoff

• Assist with contracts, meetings, and mentoring as needed

We Expect:

· 3–5+ years commercial HVAC/PLUMBING estimating experience

· Proficiency reading blueprints, specifications, and mechanical details

· Familiarity with HVAC equipment, chillers, rooftop units, pumps, VAV/controls, and piping systems

· Strong analytical skills, organized documentation, and estimating software literacy

· Coachable, detail-oriented, team-focused
