**Senior Tax Specialist (Hybrid) — Cincinnati, OH**
Pay: $92,000 – $112,000 + bonus potential
Trusted, supported and in a real leadership seat. A stable, well-established Cincinnati CPA firm is hiring a Senior Tax Specialist, hybrid with 1-2 remote days a week.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and review 1120, 1120S, 1065, individual, trust, estate and gift returns
- Lead tax planning and research and explain complex issues in plain English
- Review financial statements prepared by the accounting team
- Mentor tax preparers and specialists
- Support year-end planning for medical practice clients
What you bring:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
- 3-5+ years of tax experience
- CPA or equivalent experience
- Strong command of IRS procedures and tax software
