Job Description

A well-established, growing, family-owned food manufacturer is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. With over 60 years in business, this company offers long-term stability while continuing to invest in modern equipment, automation, and national expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys working with automated systems, PLCs, and advanced production equipment in a clean, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
  • Work with PLC-controlled equipment and modern production lines
  • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently
  • Support facility systems including plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance
  • Assist with equipment setup and operational support
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory

What We’re Looking For

  • Maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with automation and PLC systems
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Comfortable handling both equipment and light facility maintenance
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
