Job Description

Are you a litigator with 5-7 years of experience who is ready to take on more ownership of your cases? My client, a respected global law firm, is adding a Senior Associate to its Boston Trial & Defense practice. This is a hybrid role for someone who writes well, works independently and enjoys being on their feet.

What you'll do

• Take and defend depositions
• Argue hearings and represent clients at mediations
• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs
• Manage written discovery
• Research legal issues and develop case strategy with partners

What you bring

• 5-7 years of litigation experience (JD 2017-2020)
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar; other New England bar admissions are a plus
• Excellent legal writing
• The ability to manage your work independently
• Residence within commuting distance of Boston for a hybrid schedule
