An established CPA firm in the Greenfield, MA area is adding a Senior Tax Accountant to keep up with steady client growth. You'll own a mix of individual and small business returns for clients across Western Massachusetts, set a schedule that works for your life, and have a clear route to Tax Manager and a long-term leadership role with the firm.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, trust and nonprofit returns, including multi-state filings
• Serve as a go-to contact for clients on planning and year-round tax questions
• Support light client accounting work in QuickBooks
• Review staff work and help mentor newer team members

What you bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA preferred (EA also welcome; if you're pursuing the CPA, tell us)
• Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
• Comfort working independently and preparing returns start to finish

Salary: $82,000-$112,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or On-site role.
