Salary: $125,000–$150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of residential HVAC service technicians.

• Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability.

• Ensure technicians are properly equipped, trained, and positioned for success.

• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to technicians.

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall department performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous HVAC service management or leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC service and troubleshooting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Someone who leads by example, holds their team accountable, and knows how to bring out the best in people.

• A hands-on leader who can balance team development with operational efficiency.
