General Superintendent, South Easton, MA

A well-established commercial drywall and acoustical ceilings subcontractor is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple projects.

What you'll do:

• Monitor production and quality across active projects
• Allocate and move manpower between jobs to meet schedules
• Support, mentor, and develop foremen
• Coordinate with general contractors on schedules and site needs
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture

What you bring:

• Field leadership experience in commercial drywall and ACT
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews
• Strong communication and general contractor relationship skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read plans and specifications
