Project Manager / Senior Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Baltimore, MD

A well-established and growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of work in the Baltimore market. This firm is actively involved in joint venture (JV) partnerships on large-scale projects, offering exposure to complex builds and high-profile developments.

Project Types:

• Ground-up healthcare and TI

• Joint venture projects with top-tier national and regional GCs

Position Overview:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

• Lead coordination with JV partners and internal teams

• Drive cost control, change orders, and project financials

Qualifications:

• 5–15+ years of commercial construction experience

• Experience with ground-up and/or large-scale renovation work

• Ability to work within joint venture environments and collaborate across teams

• Proficiency with Procore or similar software

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary aligned with experience (PM–Senior PM range)

• Bonus structure + full benefits package
