Lead Behavioral Health Clinician - Baltimore, MD

We have partnered with an excellent organization seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician; the organization uses a holistic approach to create an environment that encourages daily success for the people they support. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to develop, implement, monitor, and revise behavioral support plans
  • Provide mental health counseling to an assigned group of people
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the assigned team of licensed clinicians
  • Manage the operations and partner with the Senior Director to support the continued development and growth of the Behavioral Health services.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a master's degree, an LCSW-C or LCPC license,
  • (5) five or more years of professional experience providing behavioral support for people with I/DD for use in community-based settings
  • (2) two years providing management and coaching to licensed clinicians and other clinical professionals.
