About Us: Our commercial construction company has partnered with gpac to find a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator with expertise in drywall and interiors. We take pride in delivering high-quality projects and are looking for a professional who shares our commitment to excellence.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Estimator with a strong background in commercial drywall and interior construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of industry experience and, preferably, a degree in construction management or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating: Prepare accurate project bids, material take-offs, and cost analyses.
Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in drywall and interiors within commercial construction. Degree in construction management or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of estimating software and project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
