Location: Southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor / Livingston County)

Position Overview

Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, is looking for a Business Development Manager - Heavy Civil to join their team in the Southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor / Livingston County) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with owners, GCs, engineers and agencies
• Find and pursue new project opportunities
• Manage a pipeline and support estimating on pursuits
• Represent the company at industry events

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development or operations in heavy civil
• Established industry relationships
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Compensation

• Base salary: $200,000 - $225,000
• Strong benefits package
