The Opportunity

A premier, multi-location agricultural equipment dealership is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join their high-performing service team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for a technician who wants to work with industry-leading technology in a shop that values quality over shortcuts.

What You’ll Do

• Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting complex engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Full-Scale Repairs: Perform everything from routine maintenance to major component overhauls.
• Precision Service: Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic software to ensure equipment is field-ready.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a veteran service team to meet seasonal demands and maintain high safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Solid background in diesel mechanics (Agricultural or Heavy Construction equipment experience preferred).
• Skill Set: Strong knowledge of Tier 4 engines, hydraulics, and power trains.
• Independence: A self-starter who can manage a service bay efficiently.
• Certification: Relevant technical degree or equivalent field experience is highly valued.
