Job Description

A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its on-site team.  This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for a dependable machinist who takes pride in quality work, accurate setups, and producing complex parts in a job-shop environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.

  • Interpret complex blueprints, program sheets, and work instructions.

  • Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations to close tolerances.

  • Complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments.

  • Inspect and gauge finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for machines, tooling, and parts.

  • Work collaboratively with the production team while maintaining dependable attendance.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience.

  • Strong blueprint-reading, measurement, inspection, and gaging skills.

  • Experience in a low-volume, high-mix job-shop environment is preferred.

  • Multi-axis mill or machining-center experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Okuma, DMU, and HAAS equipment is preferred.

  • Manual mill or manual lathe experience is a plus.

  • A team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22–$28 per hour, based on experience.
