A well-respected community bank serving Southwest Michigan is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team, with openings available in both Saint Joseph, MI and Portage, MI. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the local market
• Analyze financial statements, credit histories, and cash flow projections to structure sound commercial lending solutions
• Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure loans are structured appropriately and comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, community organizations, and centers of influence to drive referrals and community engagement
