Traveling Concrete Foreman – Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk Projects
I’m working with a union concrete contractor based in Minnesota that’s looking to hire a Traveling Foreman or Superintendent right away. They’ve built a solid reputation by treating their crews with respect and backing them up in the field. The company has been growing and stays busy year-round, mainly working on curb, gutter, and sidewalk projects.
Lead and manage concrete crews on commercial and municipal job sites
Oversee layout, forming, pouring, and finishing operations
Ensure job quality, safety, and project timelines are met
Travel to job sites as needed (mostly regional)
Union pay & full benefits and per diem for travel
Year-round work – no seasonal layoffs
Consistent project flow and a strong support team
Company culture built on respect, collaboration, and growth
Foreman or Superintendent experience in curb/gutter/sidewalk work
Solid leadership skills and the ability to run a crew independently
Willingness to travel and stay on top of jobsite needs
Union affiliation or eligibility is preferred
