Love being where design becomes reality? A respected architecture firm is looking for a seasoned Construction Administrator in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area to own construction administration on major healthcare and higher education projects.

This is a role for someone who wants real ownership in the field. You'll be the design team's voice on site, the trusted link between contractors, owners and architects, and the person who makes sure what gets built matches what was designed.

What you'll do

• Own construction administration on major projects, with a focus on healthcare and higher education
• Represent the design team in the field throughout construction
• Coordinate with contractors, owners and the design team through project completion
• Keep construction-phase documentation and communication on track
• Share field know-how with designers and architects on your teams

What you bring

• 10+ years of construction administration experience
• Healthcare and higher education project experience preferred
• Degree in architecture or construction administration preferred
• Background as a Construction Administrator, Construction Contract Administrator, CA Architect or Field Architect
• Based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area (or ready to be)
