Residential Storm Restoration & Remodeling Sales

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate and develop residential exterior remodeling and storm restoration opportunities
  • Prospect neighborhoods and self-generate leads through door-to-door and relationship-based sales efforts
  • Meet with homeowners for inspections and in-home consultations
  • Manage projects and client relationships throughout the sales process
  • Track pipeline activity and customer communication within CRM systems
  • Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure strong customer experience

Ideal Backgrounds

We are interested in individuals with experience in:

  • Roofing / restoration sales
  • Solar sales
  • Windows, siding, gutters, or exterior remodeling
  • In-home remodeling sales
  • Mortgage, insurance, or real estate sales
  • Commission-driven B2C sales environments
  • Former athletes, military professionals, or highly competitive individuals transitioning into sales
