This is a unique partner-track opportunity created by an upcoming partner retirement. The ideal candidate will gradually inherit an established book of business, build strong client relationships, and play an important role in the firm's future.
5+ years of public accounting experience
CPA or EA
Strong tax experience with individual and business clients
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Client-focused and interested in a long-term path to partnership
$100,000–$125,000 salary + benefits
