A small, established CPA firm on the north side of the Twin Cities is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys public accounting but wants more flexibility outside of tax season. During busy season, you'll work approximately 55–65 hours/week, with the option to take the summer off or work just 1–2 days per week.
Manage tax engagements for small businesses, S-Corps, Partnerships, and individuals
Work directly with clients and build strong relationships
Prepare and review complex tax returns
Collaborate with a small, experienced team
5+ years of public accounting experience
CPA or EA
Strong tax experience with business and individual clients
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
