An established animal feed producer is looking for a hands-on Feed Mill Operations Manager to lead its mill near Willmar.
Highlights
- Own plant production, quality, safety and maintenance every day
- Drive process improvement and efficiency gains across the mill
- Manage the plant P&L, budgets and grain/ingredient procurement
- Small leadership team allows quick, easy decision-making
- Build and roll out standard operating procedures
- 3+ years in milling/food production with leadership experience preferred
- Must relocate within commuting distance of the plant; relocation assistance possible
- B.S. in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science preferred

- Base salary $115k-$132k DOE
