We are looking for a Sow Farm Manager to oversee the daily operation of a 1,500-head sow barn. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on employees, animal care, production, and overall farm performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage farm employees
Oversee daily operation of the 1,500-head sow barn
Monitor sow health, reproduction, and performance
Track production records and meet performance goals
Maintain biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and bilingual
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to be hands-on
Ability to lead a team and achieve production goals
