Job Description

A respected St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Fiduciary & Probate Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes while working closely with high-net-worth individuals, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Handle contested probate, trust, and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Represent fiduciaries, trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and family members in complex disputes
• Manage matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, trust interpretation, guardianship disputes, and estate administration conflicts
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Collaborate with estate planning and business attorneys on related matters

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to probate, trust, fiduciary, or estate-related disputes preferred
• Strong courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
• Experience handling high-conflict or complex civil litigation matters is a plus
• Missouri bar admission required or ability to waive in
