As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in bridge construction and railroad infrastructure to join our team. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to grow into a significant leadership position within the company.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of 5 Project Managers, providing strategic oversight and ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects. This role requires strong experience in cost control, field operations, and stakeholder management—particularly within bridge construction and Class 1 railroad environments.
Provide executive-level project oversight across civil infrastructure projects
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 Project Managers
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites
Serve as the key point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Drive continuous improvement in cost tracking and control measures
Ensure efficient coordination on projects involving Class 1 railroads and bridge structures
10+ years of construction management experience, with a focus on cost control
Strong background in bridge construction
Experience working in or around Class 1 railroad projects (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (preferred)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
