Employee Benefits Producer

We are seeking a motivated and consultative Employee Benefits Producer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering strategic employee benefits solutions to businesses of all sizes.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping employers create competitive and cost-effective benefits programs for their employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate new employee benefits business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
  • Consult with clients to evaluate employee benefits needs and recommend customized solutions
  • Present and sell group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits programs
  • Collaborate with carrier partners to market and negotiate competitive benefit packages
  • Conduct client meetings, enrollment presentations, and renewal reviews
  • Maintain strong client retention through proactive service and communication
  • Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and carrier offerings

Qualifications

  • Employee benefits or insurance sales experience preferred
  • Active Life & Health license preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Knowledge of employee benefits products and compliance regulations is a plus
