Corporate / Business Transactional Attorney

Established law firm is seeking a Corporate / Business Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling a wide range of corporate and business transactional matters and be able to work independently in a sophisticated, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements
  • Advise clients on business formation, governance, and operational matters
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
  • Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management
  • Collaborate with clients and attorneys on strategic business matters

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business/corporate transactional experience required
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing transactions from inception through closing
  • Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Licensed and in good standing in applicable jurisdiction
