About the Role
A growing manufacturer is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead its plant maintenance team. You'll keep production equipment running safely and reliably while developing a team of skilled technicians.
What You'll Do
- Lead, schedule and coach a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
- Manage work orders, spare parts inventory and maintenance records
- Plan downtime and coordinate with production and quality
- Enforce safety and lockout/tagout compliance
- Track downtime and drive continuous improvement
- Support equipment installs, projects and vendor work
What You Bring
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC and controls experience a plus
- Experience with a maintenance software system
- A safety-first mindset and strong communication
