Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our design team. You will lead and support interior design projects from concept through construction administration, working closely with architects, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop space plans, design concepts, finish selections, and material palettes
• Prepare construction documents, schedules, details, and specifications
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Produce 3D renderings and client presentations
• Participate in construction administration, site visits, and punch lists
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, ADA, and accessibility standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in an A&E firm
• On track to licensure: NCIDQ certification completed or in progress
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp or similar
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits
Permanent, full-time position. Salary range $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development support.
