A highly respected Multifamily Developer Builder is prepared to add an experienced Project Manager to their construction team. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a stable general contractor with room to grow. This contractor is experiencing steady growth and is one of the premiere builders in the region.

Project Manager Functions:

• Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment and resources with the Field Team
• Direct and evaluate project timeline
• Communicate with leadership and client on project status
• Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions 

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Construction Management Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
• Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor or Developer Builder in construction
• Demonstrated experience Multifamily projects in the $30-90 million range.
• Extensive people skills
