Masonry Foreman – Commercial Brick & Block
A leading masonry contractor is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews on large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects. This is a strong opportunity to join a company with a solid backlog of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality masonry on complex builds.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong commercial masonry background who can run crews, read plans, and drive production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise masonry crews on commercial and multifamily job sites · Oversee daily brick, block (CMU), and stone installation activities · Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings · Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades · Drive production and ensure work is completed on schedule · Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications · Enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance · Manage materials, equipment, and crew productivity on-site
Qualifications
· 4–8+ years of masonry experience with foreman or crew leadership responsibilities · Strong experience with commercial masonry (CMU, brick veneer, structural block) · Proven ability to lead crews and hit production goals on large projects · Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications · Experience working on commercial or multifamily builds (apartments, schools, retail, etc.) · Reliable, consistent work history · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience) · Competitive pay with overtime potential · Full benefits (health, dental, vision) · Company truck or vehicle allowance (based on experience) · Strong pipeline of commercial work · Opportunity to grow into Superintendent roles
