🚨 URGENT HIRING | Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney ⚖️

📍 100% Remote | North Carolina or South Carolina Residents Only

We have partnered with a growing plaintiff-side labor & employment law firm seeking an experienced attorney ready to take full ownership of their caseload. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to grow within an entrepreneurial environment without micromanagement.

Qualifications

  • Active NC or SC Bar license
  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience
  • 5–10+ years of plaintiff labor & employment law experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and litigation skills
  • Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution

Responsibilities

  • Represent employees in employment law matters, including:
    • Wrongful termination
    • Wage & hour disputes
    • Retaliation
    • Discrimination
    • Harassment
    • Other employment-related litigation
    • Manage cases from intake through trial and appeal
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
    • Conduct and defend depositions
    • Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's objectives
    • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court
    • Provide trusted legal counsel throughout the litigation process
    • Collaborate with firm leadership to support continued growth and client success
