Job Description

We’re hiring a Junior Pre/Post Construction Manager to join our high-end residential team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining field coordination, project preparation, and construction wrap-up support.

Experience Level:
Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of construction/project coordination experience, or recent grads with a background in construction management.

🔹  What You’ll Do
Pre-Construction (Site Prep):

• Coordinate demo and site readiness
• Pull permits and manage zoning schedules
• Set up utilities and verify survey accuracy

During Construction:

• Material coordination and logistics
• Perform in-house and site inspections
• Coordinate city inspections

End of Construction:

• Manage punch lists
• Oversee site breakdown (signs, dumpsters, porta-johns)
• Finalize utilities from temp to permanent

🔹  What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in residential construction or project coordination
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Strong communication skills—able to follow through and take initiative
• Not afraid to be on the jobsite—this is not a desk-only role
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and internal teams
• Open to learning and growing into a long-term role
