Looking for a detail-driven Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and knows Workers’ Compensation inside and out. If you’re someone who can juggle high-volume work without missing a beat—this one’s for you. 👀
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Summarizing medical records and discovery documents
• Drafting correspondence and pleadings
• Coordinating litigated files from start to finish
• Scheduling mediations, depositions, and key case events
• Supporting attorneys in a high-volume Workers’ Comp practice
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Paralegal certificate OR 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal (litigation preferred)
• Must have Workers’ Compensation experience
• Strong background in medical record summaries
• Time billing experience required
• Exceptional proofreading, writing, and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
