Project Manager, Charlotte, NC

A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial projects.

What you'll do:

• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate schedules and manpower with superintendents
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Track budgets and job costs
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors

What you bring:

• 5+ years of commercial drywall project management
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, and ceiling systems
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Experience managing budgets and change orders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
