🚨  Transactional Corporate M&A Associate Attorneys (3–9 Years) – Active NC License Required 🚨 📍  Winston-Salem, NC Raleigh, NC

Are you a deal-driven corporate attorney ready to take your M&A practice to the next level? A well-established North Carolina firm is expanding its corporate practice and seeking mid-level Transactional Corporate M&A Attorneys to lead sophisticated deals and work closely with business clients.

This isn’t a back-office role — this is a front-line, client-facing, deal-making position where your skills and judgment directly impact client success.

💼  What You’ll Do
·      Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures from inception to closing
·      Structure complex transactions and manage risk
·      Conduct and oversee legal due diligence
·      Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated purchase agreements and related documents
·      Collaborate with tax, finance, and executive teams to ensure compliance and strategic alignment
·      Work efficiently under tight deadlines while protecting client interests
·      Counsel clients on corporate governance, business transactions, and strategic restructuring

⚖️  What We’re Looking For
·      3–9 years of corporate transactional experience with an M&A focus
·      Active NC license required
·      Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
·      Confidence managing transactions with increasing independence
·      Excellent client-facing and communication skills
