What You'll Do

  • Lead civil site design and land development projects.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor engineers and designers.
  • Work directly with clients and own project outcomes.
  • Develop creative solutions for complex projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, and technical documents.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina required.
  • 9+ years of civil site design and land development experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
