 Field Superintendent – Commercial Flooring

Ready to take the lead in the field?

I’m working with an established and growing commercial flooring contractor looking to add an experienced Field Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows commercial flooring, can lead crews, and takes pride in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and done right.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee commercial flooring projects from the field
• Coordinate installers, crews, subcontractors, and jobsite activities
• Keep projects on schedule and maintain high quality standards
• Communicate closely with Project Managers and other project stakeholders
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward
• Maintain jobsite safety and company standards

🎯 What They’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years of commercial flooring experience
• Experience overseeing flooring installations and field operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership
