Job Description

Are you a Pre-Construction Manager & Estimator that thrives in an environment where your analytical skills will shape the future of our projects. We know at our company you'll analyze plans, assess costs, and craft competitive bids that help build the communities we serve.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Analyze drawings and specs to develop accurate bids
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bid breakdowns, and proposal documents
• Attend pre-bid walk-throughs and ensure bid coverage
• Review and qualify proposals, summarize scopes of work
• Finalize Bid Book and support hand-off to Project Managers
• Assist with contract reviews and ongoing project support

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, or combination of education and relevant experience. 
• 5+ years of applicable estimating and/or project management experience. 
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating & take-off software (CostX or similar), BIM tools (Revit, Assemble, etc.), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
