  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple matters independently.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Commercial real estate transaction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Prior large law firm experience is beneficial but not required.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Sophisticated corporate and transactional work.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture.
  • Flexibility with full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements.
  • Meaningful client interaction and leadership opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to build your practice in one of North Carolina's thriving business communities.

If you're looking for a firm where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your work has a direct impact on clients' success, we'd love to hear from you.

All inquiries will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
