Job Description

A well-established HVAC equipment and service organization is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join its growing service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated technician who enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting sophisticated HVAC equipment, and providing outstanding service to commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will have the technical ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues while building strong relationships with building owners, contractors, engineers, and other customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide commercial HVAC service and technical support at customer locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, repair, and service HVAC equipment.
• Work directly with building owners, contractors, engineers, and other industry professionals to resolve equipment and system issues.
• Review work orders, identify customer concerns, plan daily service routes, perform testing, and determine appropriate solutions.
• Manage multiple service needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.
• Help build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Share technical information and collaborate with other members of the service team.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• HVAC technical degree, certification, or comparable technical training.
• Strong ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field-service environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, hardworking, self-starter attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and self-management skills.
