Profitable and growing agriculture business is seeking an Assistant Location Manager to help oversee a grain, feed and agronomy location. This position could develop into a Location Manager role!
Previous grain and agronomy operations experience is highly preferred but willing to train someone that has a desire to build a long term career in the ag industry.
This position will focus on overseeing day to day operations of the location and working alongside the Location Manager to ensure productivity, safety and more. The Assistant Location Manager will help supervise 4-5 FT employees as well as seasonal employees.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Multiple years of farming experience, elevator operations experience, people management is beneficial
