Job Title: Industrial Journeyman Electrician – Heat Trace Specialist (Sales & Estimating)

Location: Omaha, NE (On-site / Field) willing to travel regionally 

Job Type: Full-Time Position

Overview: 

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician specializing in industrial trace heating systems to drive our growth in Omaha.

This role bridges the gap between field expertise and technical sales.

You will estimate complex industrial projects, bid on heavy-duty heat trace systems, and secure contracts with industrial facilities, plants, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Bidding: Estimate and bid on heavy commercial and industrial heat trace applications.
• Technical Sales: Sell custom trace heating solutions to plant managers, facility engineers, and industrial contractors.
• System Design: Interpret industrial blueprints and P&ID diagrams to engineer robust freeze protection and process-temperature maintenance systems. 
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all bids and planned installations comply with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for hazardous and industrial locations. 

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Journeyman Electrician license valid in Omaha, NE.
• Industrial Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial heat trace systems (pipe tracing, tank heating, etc.).
• Sales Aptitude: Proven experience or strong capability in industrial estimating, bidding, and client acquisition.
• Safety Mindset: Deep knowledge of industrial safety protocols (OSHA, NFPA 70E, hazardous area classifications).
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
