An established restoration company in Omaha is looking for an experienced Contents Restoration Manager to lead contents restoration projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on restoration professional with strong operations experience, knowledge of contents restoration and Encircle, and the ability to lead crews, manage customers, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee both residential and commercial projects.

Info/Requirements:

  • 3+ years of operations experience.
  • 1+ years of contents restoration experience.
  • Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, property restoration, or construction preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of contents restoration processes and/or Encircle.
  • Experience managing both residential and commercial restoration projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop scopes of work, review estimates, and manage project documentation.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, clients, subcontractors, and restoration personnel.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage restoration crews.
  • Strong attention to detail with job files, photos, documentation, expenses, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Job Overview:

  • Manage contents restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.
  • Lead restoration crews and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, materials, and other resources.
  • Develop scopes of work and review project estimates for accuracy and profitability.
  • Communicate with customers and clients throughout the restoration process.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and approvals with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule crews, equipment, materials, and resources to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Oversee residential and commercial contents restoration projects.
  • Maintain accurate job files, project documentation, photos, estimates, and customer updates.
  • Monitor project expenses, equipment usage, materials, and overall job performance.
  • Ensure crews follow safe work practices, company procedures, and restoration industry standards.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage restoration personnel.
  • Address customer concerns and proactively maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Continue developing leadership, management, and technical restoration expertise.
  • Work closely with company leadership to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000–$70,000 base salary + commission, with flexibility to go higher for the right candidate.
